really really unfair

hello everybody! im feeling down this few days.. hai.
my company short pay me :( they are full of excuses and unreasonable.
when i first went for interview, the supervisor A told me this 'ok, your pay will be $6.50 per hour'
when i first went for work, another supervisor M told me this 'you guys will need to undergo probation for 1 month, so your pay will be $5 per hour.. after 1 month if you are ok then will raise to $6.50'
i went to ask supervisor A.. then he himself cannot gimme a good explanation. NVM! i just accept that probation during the month of august. when im given my pay on 7th september, short of $10+. i just kept quiet. cos no time to clarify and calculate again also. so just accept.

i worked for the month of september as well, with the thinking 'hmm, dunno whether they will auto raise my pay anot cos since they say after a month will raise'... too busy to clarify, so just work like a bull for them.. with the thinking 'ok, all my hard work will be pay off... $6.50 per hour... i can buy this this this and that and return debts'
coming to the end of september, supervisor A called me and ask whether i can do one party at escape... i agreed. at the same time i asked 'so my pay for this month is $5 or $6.50' the supervisor A replied 'when your pay come out then you will know la' (im so naive to think that he must be acting secret for a surprise) so i just happily worked... in hope that my hard work will be pay off.

i counted my pay for the month of september, it's $365+.. with the thinking 'if i manage to see at least $300+ in my account then ok liao.. no need recount or what'

in the end....

when the pay day finally arrive... only $244+ .... i was so disturbed by this matter. i hate being treated unfairly!! i worked 50+ hours i get $200+.. serlin worked 40+hours get $300+ !!
the amount of differs is as many as my unfair treatment.
i called the supervisor A to clarify, then he said 'no, you all have to pass the test(conducted during end of september) first, then your pay will raise. i think it's a f*cking good excuse they come up with the test thing, to think we people are dummies? cos all the park host have to take the test. regardless of being paid $5 or $6.50. BUT, those $5 staff who pass will raise pay to $6.50. then those who are already paid $6.50 remains. means what? means the f*cking test he talks about only applies/affect us, $5 cheap labour/newbies.

the more i think the more unfair i feel. and i went to confront him face to face today, the supervisor A. with the feeling 'if you were to sack me because of this, i will confirm complain to ministry of manpower for using the reason of 'supervisor argue loss = staff fired'
how can a supervisor lidat? didn't keep his words. didn't meant what he said. if even a superiors order/words cannot be trust then what is the use of employing you to give us orders?

then he kept giving lousy excuse... bla bla bla. then i just shoot back 'this is so unreasonable, you should have inform me earlier and not when i found out myself then you come and say all this' he said my pay will be $6.50 starting from october, he say he haven't submit to HR office etc. i was thinking 'wtf, if i never come and confront you today, you confirm continue pay me $5 per hour for the rest of the months, think i so easy con ah' and the best part!! pay me $5 per hour for september right. so be it. FINE! i accept your f*cking lousy excuse. then what happen.. still short of money.. add august and september, still short of $50+! so i just said nicely 'maybe you all count wrongly, like last minute ask me work then never update etc' he straight away said 'cannot be lah' WTF!!! made so many f*cking mistake then attitude still lidat? die also don't wanna admit that you indeed made a mistake? you better wake up and count properly my pay for coming october. if still got problem i don't think i can still seat still and pretend nothing happen like some other staffs. got minus cpf or never minus cpf also dunno, i think all just blindly accept or don't dare to reason thing out.
in the end. the matter finally rest.. on the surface only. he said he will recount and return me my money next month. i doubted so. cos he never ever kept his words. anyway, we shall wait and see what more pattern he wanna show or what pretty lies he wanna come up with. in between still prasied 'i know you are a fast learner etc etc...' then i was thinking 'glad that you know. anyway no need you to inform, i m aware of my own ability, if one day i were to leave here, it will be your company's loss' after that still say 'wa, don't anyhow say us unreasonable leh, so serious' then i was thinking 'if you never did then why are you affected be the word' so after all... it's just an unreasonable agruement. life is so unfair.

but... too bad!!! i m not the sort of timid/innocent who will let people bully for nothing. i will fight for my rights and make you pay double if your try to bully me!!! >:((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((
